October Body Composition Testing

Join University Recreation for a free body composition analysis. The testing will take place from 6:30-7:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 6 and from 5:30-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7. Body composition testing is a reliable way to measure and monitor body fat. At the body composition testing you will have the choice of either skinfold testing or bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA). The testing takes place in SRC 142. Body composition testing is free, but is offered on a first come, first serve basis, so make sure to be there on time!
