National Survey of Student Engagement opens Feb. 28

The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) will open on February 28 for all senior and first-year students at WSU, offering WSU an important opportunity to hear the student voice.

Senior and first-year students will receive an email from President Schulz with a link to the survey. The survey link will also be available through myWSU and in social media posts.

NSSE assesses the extent to which first-year and senior students engage in coursework and high-impact educational activities, also asking seniors about their future plans. This year students will respond to questions about their experience with writing.

The Office of the Provost sponsors the survey, which provides valuable data that led to major programming changes and enhanced student experiences.

Faculty and staff can join the effort by encouraging senior and first-year students to complete the NSSE, with promotional materials available for download.

Further information is available at nsse.wsu.edu.
