NanoString Technology platforms now available at WSU

The College of Veterinary Medicine Research Office and Functional Genomics Initiative are pleased to announce the addition of NanoString Technology platforms at WSU. Two new exciting technologies are now available at the Laboratory of Biotechnology & Bioanalysis research service core. The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler allows for transcriptomic and proteomic analysis of cells within tissue cross-sections at spatial resolution. The nCounter Max allows for precise single molecule quantification of DNA and RNA in a multiplex format for gene expression profiling and CNV detection. Application specialists from NanoString will be hosting a virtual kick-off learning event to help WSU scientists discover how GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling and nCounter technologies can bolster your research.
