myWSU outage, March 6

On Thursday, March 6, from 5 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., myWSU will not be accessible for up to one and a half hours as Information Technology Services (ITS) completes a vendor-driven update.

Additional details on this upcoming ITS maintenance process are listed below:

Date: Thursday, March 6
Start time: 5 a.m.
End time: 6:30 a.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS’ support vendor is installing the latest patches for Financial Aid processing and deploying security patches to the application servers. During this maintenance window, myWSU will not be accessible.

All affected groups: All myWSU users
All affected processes: myWSU and Control-M
Duration of impact: Up to one and a half hours
