May 19 – Fair Labor Standards Act – Proposed Update to Salary Test

The United States Department of Labor is proposing an update to the regulations governing overtime pay.  The proposed update will impact the salary test used in determining overtime eligibility.  This course provides an overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the proposed update and provides guidance on preparing if the update is approved.

This session will be held on May 19, 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
