Effective July 15, Crimson Service Desk now offers walk-in technical support in Holland Library, room 150, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students, faculty, and staff system-wide can continue to connect with the Crimson Service Desk team for technical assistance via the following support channels:

Holland 150 now serves as a shared space for Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies, placing the two ITS support teams in a central location on campus.
This move ensures easier access to in-person technical and classroom support for WSU students and employees, as well as a greater depth of support and quicker triage between all Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies staff when campus-wide issues arise.
Crimson Service Desk looks forward to continuing to support the WSU community in this new location.
