Change your WSU network ID password today!

Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, October 27, at 8 a.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin expiring passwords for any WSU Network ID’s that have not been changed on or since August 20. If you have not changed your password since August 20, go to reset.wsu.edu and follow the simple, step by step instructions. Resetting your password will prevent you from encountering service disruptions when password resets are enforced, beginning October 27. A detailed walk-through of the password reset tool can be found online at cougtech.wsu.edu/reset/reset.aspx.

Please remember, once you have changed your password, you will need to update your account information for WSU wireless internet access and applications on your mobile devices. Failure to do so may result in your account being locked out due to multiple failed attempts to connect with your account.

If you are uncertain of when you last changed your password, you can go to reset.wsu.edu and login to see the date of your last password change to confirm.

If you need assistance, please contact your local department or area IT administrator. For additional information and assistance, contact CougTech at 509-335-4357 or cougtech @ wsu.edu. While ITS support has substantially increased support resources to assist the community, longer wait times should be expected.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.
