Apple Cup Harvest Market

The Apple Cup Harvest Market is 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at Mooberry Track and Field, WSU Pullman.

Visitors will be able to view the 80-foot Cosmic Crisp® hot air balloon, meet members of the WSU men’s and women’s basketball teams, and sample WSU-bred, grown, or made produce, dairy products, and other goods.

Students in the Performance Nutrition program will offer samples of Cosmic Crisp®, healthy recipes, and more.

Programs taking part include the WSU Cheese Club, School of Food Science, WSU Eggert Organic Farm, Cougar Quality Meats, the Honey Bees + Pollinators Program, WSU Horticulture Center, Department of Viticulture and Enology, WSU Apparel, Merchandising, Design and Textiles student clubs, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences, and the USDA-ARS Plant Germplasm Introduction and Testing Research Unit.
