Stay Present in Challenging Times, Sept. 28

Please join us for the 4th Annual Mindfulness Symposium on Saturday, September 28.  This year’s theme is “Staying Present in Challenging Times.”  Presenters:  Liz Lee (Qigong), Trymaine Gaither (Finding Meaning in Adversity) and Jeremy Rutherford (Everyday Self-compassion).  All are welcome.

When:  10 a.m.-Noon

Where:  Elmina White Honors Hall, WSU-Pullman

Cost: $5/person

Optional morning yoga (8:45-9:45 a.m.) and afternoon silent retreat after brown bag lunch (12:15-3:30 p.m.)
