PEBB Eligible Employees: FSA and DCAP; Enroll SOON!

The Annual Open Enrollment for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and the Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) is occurring in the month of November for the 2016 plan year. These benefit programs require annual enrollment/re-enrollment, and do not automatically carry forward from year to year.

WSU offers the option to enroll in these benefits via paper form or online enrollment. Online enrollment is available through midnight on Monday, November 30th.  The 2016 hardcopy enrollment form is available online, as well as at the HRS office. Please review and complete the form carefully to ensure you are enrolled in the appropriate program since it is used for both the FSA and DCAP programs.

Forms need to be submitted to HRS by the end of business on November 30th, at 139 French Ad, or fax 509-335-1259, or email hrs@wsu.edu.

Questions can be directed to hrs@wsu.edu or (509) 335-4521.
