Paradise as a Kind of Skylight: Reflections on the Architecture of Terrell Library with Phil Gruen – Associate Professor, School of Design + Construction

November 6 – Terrell Library Atrium – 4 p.m.

As part of the ongoing celebration of Terrell Library’s 25-year anniversary, Associate Professor Phil Gruen invites us to gather in the atrium, under the skylight, to consider how design can be both aspirational—and inspirational. Building upon a talk he delivered in conjunction with the library’s celebration in August of 2019, Gruen will reflect upon the skylight within the context of WSU campus history, the Palouse, and the shifting nature of the twenty-first-century library.
