A presentation by Carmen Haines of the WSU Raptor Club, given in conjunction with a student-led Green Fund project to improve nesting habitat for owls and bats in the WSU Arboretum.Live owls will model!

Materials for the habitat improvement project in the Arboretum at the foot of Grimes Way were purchased by the Green Fund, which is supported by university-wide student donations.  The WSU Environmental Science Club, members of the Forestry Club, and students from the NATRS Restoration Ecology class provided volunteer labor.  This 30-minute presentation will make a great study break.
