Please note: Frontier Communications has been unable to resolve ongoing billing and service issues with WSU this fiscal year (2015). WSU’s Information Technology Services has been attempting to mitigate the impact to the WSU Community by not billing its customers for long distance service traveling over Frontier lines since October 11, 2014. ITS will not bill for any of those charges for Fiscal Year 2015.The few users of Frontier Centranet phone services have continued to be billed regularly and will not see any change in their bills. This is not a change to permanent long distance rebilling; once issues between Frontier and ITS have been resolved we will resume rebilling customer for long distance. ITS will provide regular updates until successful resolution of the continuing Frontier billing issues are reached.
