June 19 | New Employee Orientation (video conferencing available)

New to WSU? All new employees are encouraged to attend within their first 30 days of employment.  The next orientation sessions available to help you learn more about your position at Washington State University will occur Tuesday, June 19.  Orientation is divided into two sessions:

Part 1: New Employee Orientation occurs from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and provides information on medical, dental, life and disability insurance information, as well as information on payroll, employment basics, resources and leave processes.

Part 2: New Employee Retirement Orientation occurs as follows:

  • Faculty and Administrative Professional retirement information 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Civil Service and eligible hourly employee retirement information 3 – 4 p.m.
