The 2019 InQueery Symposium will be held at WSU Pullman’s Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center on Oct. 21 from 4-9 p.m.
InQueery is an annual event that brings together scholars, students, and WSU community members to envision the future of queer theory and politics. The symposium features a national speaker and student presentations related to the LGBTQ+ community.
The theme for the 2019 Symposium is “Queering Disability: Dialogue and Change at the Intersections”. The keynote speaker will be Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha, who is a writer, organizer, performance artist, and educator.
