De-Stress Yoga with Joanne Greene

Take a 45-minute break from your busy week to de-stress and practice self-care with Joanne Greene, registered yoga instructor and WSU UREC Program Director.

In this workshop at 6:30 p.m. on December 5, Joanne will introduce mindfulness and meditation techniques while integrating them in a short yoga practice that aims to improve participant’s moods through mindfulness and movement. After the workshop, you’ll walk away with several exercises and methods to help you de-stress in the future.
