Considering Just Mercy for Pullman fall classes/programs? Submit an exam copies request form now

A limited number of examination copies of the 2015-16 Common Reading book (Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption, by Bryan Stevenson) have arrived on campus, announces Karen Weathermon, Common Reading Program co-director.

Faculty considering using the nonfiction, award-winning book in Pullman fall first-year and other classes and programs may now submit requests for copies using an online form at https://wsu.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_5dxh4kq4bb6qLYx .

Copies will be distributed as soon as possible, based on availability. Just Mercy at this time is only available in hardback; students will receive information about the book and author over the summer with the suggestion that they purchase a paperback copy closer to fall.

The teacher’s guide to using the book is at http://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/224792/just-mercy-by-bryan-stevenson/9780812994520/teachers-guide .

Contact Weathermon by email at kweathermon@wsu.edu with any questions, or if you have suggestions for programming around Just Mercy.

For more information about the author, the book, and the selection of it as the ninth common reading in as many years, visit the website at http://CommonReading.wsu.edu .
