April 25 | HERC & NADOHE joint webinar: Strategic Diversity Recruitment

Drawing on the deep expertise of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) and the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC), the webinar explores how to develop and execute a successful strategic diversity recruitment planning.

Norma Rodriguez, Director of the Office for Faculty Advancement at the University of Washington and Director of the Greater Washington State HERC, and Dr. Jared A. Russell share insights, lessons learned, and real outcomes from campus-based experiences.

Participants will learn:

  • About the need and value of a strategic diversity recruitment plan
  • How staff and faculty diversity is linked to the student success
