April 24 – Videoconference: Overview of Purchasing Card Program for Approving Officials

Are you designated as an ‘Approving Official’ within the Purchasing Card Program? If so, you have certain responsibilities of which you must be aware. This course describes three participant roles and their respective responsibilities, the policy and process for purchasing, reconciliation and documentation, prohibited purchases and the consequences of misuse. This course will take place in Pullman and will be available statewide on Thursday April 24 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.. It is important to register in advance, to enroll now click here!
