Some state employees or their children may qualify for health care coverage through the Washington Apple Health program at no cost. If you or your dependents qualify for no-cost Washington Apple Health, you will have a choice of available managed care plans depending on the county in which you live. There are no premiums, co-pays, or deductibles. You may also choose to keep your insurance through your employer. If you keep your employer-based coverage you may qualify for help with your insurance premiums.
