American Indians and the Civil War – April 1

The Department of History will host Robert K. Sutton, Ph.D., the National Park Service Chief Historian, who will present a lecture on American Indians and the Civil War.  Dr. Sutton has written a book of the same title, which is the Official National Park Service Handbook.  The lecture is free and open to the public and will be held in the Compton Union Building Room 212 (Junior Ballroom) April 1 from 7 – 9 p.m.  A book signing will be included.
