Rawlins targets state funding in live Aug. 28 radio interviews

WSU President V. Lane Rawlins will join Rep.Fred Jarrett (R-Mercer Is.), who serves on the Legislature#s higher education committee, to discuss the need for permanent state funding for higher education during a live radio interview 9 – 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28, on KUOW’s “Weekday” program.

The program can be heard live on KWSU (1250 a.m.), Pullman#s public radio station, and at www.nwpr.org. The interview can also be heard on KUOW, 94.9 FM, Seattle#s public radio station; KWWS (89.7 FM) in Walla Walla/Tri-Cities; KQWS (90.1 FM) in Omak/Okanogan; and on KLWS (91.5 FM) in Moses Lake/Ephrata.
