Shuttle and disability van service will be available for those attending Washington State University’s Fall Commencement, set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11 in Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum.
Teri Nelson, the university’s commencement coordinator, said “We would like to encourage this service because of limited parking in the lots closest to the coliseum.” The university is expecting some 3,000 friends, family members and students to attend the fall commencement.
Those wanting to ride the shuttle should park in the Red 2 lot adjacent to WSU’s Lewis Alumni Centre. Although disability parking will be available around Beasley Coliseum, people can also board
After the commencement ceremony, shuttle and van service will operate from the front of the coliseum to the alumni center. The service will run until 1 pm.
