Museum of Art hosts Summer Solstice Concert

The Museum of Art at WSU will host the annual Summer Solstice Concert featuring the Solstice Wind Quintet at 3 p.m. May 14. Since 1978, the Solstice Wind Quintet has been performing on the WSU Campus for special music events, tours and various concert venues throughout the Northwest.

The distinguished faculty quintet is known for intimate performances of standard repertoire chamber music as well as new works composed especially for the ensemble. Members of the quintet include Sarah Bahauddin, oboe; Ryan Hare, bassoon; Jennifer Scriggins, horn; Anthony Taylor, clarinet; and Ann Marie Yasinitsky, flute.
