A WSU alumnus and his inventions – Bacon Salt and bacon mayonnaise – were featured on the ABC-TV news program with Charles Gibson Tuesday night.
Alumnus Justin Esch co-founded J & D’s Foods. Alumni Beau Guthrie, chef, and Reilly Devine, sales, also have worked for the company.
The video clip from the news program includes a quick glimpse of WSU football coach Paul Wulff being interviewed – with someone from J & D’s in a bacon costume advertising in the background.
