Your input needed: dairy aroma assessments!

The Washington State Sensory Science Center is having another dairy aroma panel opportunity!

  • When: Tuesday, July 14, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. (you will attend one 30-minute session)
  • Where: Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 146, WSU Pullman
  • What will you be doing? Assessing the aromas of different dairy samples in our sensory booths!

To participate, you must: Be at least 18 years old, not have a dairy allergy, and be willing to come to the sensory science center for a 30-minute session.

All who participate will receive a $6 Ferdinand’s Gift Card!
