WSU VPN maintenance may require app update

Information Technology Services will perform scheduled maintenance on the WSU GlobalProtect VPN service from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9. The GlobalProtect VPN service is expected to remain available, and users may connect as usual during this time.

After the maintenance is complete, users may see a prompt to update their GlobalProtect VPN client the next time they connect. This is expected following the scheduled update.

If prompted, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update. Users on WSU-managed devices may not see a prompt if the required update has already been installed.

For any questions or technical support, please contact Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or 509-335-4357.
