The portrait honoring WSU’s 11th president, Kirk H. Schulz, will be unveiled at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art on Monday, Sept. 8. Festivities will begin at 4 p.m.
The presidential portrait, completed by renowned artist Grace Flott, will join the historic collection honoring Washington State presidents beginning with President Enoch Albert Bryan, which hangs in the foyer of Bryan Hall.
All are invited to join university leadership in the museum pavilion as they honor President Emeritus Kirk Schulz, meet the artist, and participate in the unveiling.
