The WSU Proteomics & Metabolomics Service Center is now available to support your research needs with analysis and expert consultation. The service center uses the Orbitrap Q Exactive HF mass spectrometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific and advanced nano-LC systems, to generate high-quality data. Its comprehensive services in proteomics and metabolomics include global proteome identification, analysis of post-translational modifications, biomarker discovery, and quantification of protein changes under various treatments. With cutting-edge equipment and experienced staff, the center empowers researchers to push the boundaries of proteomics research.
Located within the WSU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the center offers flexible service models designed to meet a wide range of research goals and budgets:
- Full-service proteomics or metabolomics workflows
- LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) runs plus analysis
- LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) runs only
Whether you are working in biology, medicine, agriculture, or environmental science, our team can help you extract meaningful insights from complex samples.
Our services are available to faculty across all WSU campuses.
