Research Expo abstract submission deadline

The deadline to submit abstracts for the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA) Research Exposition — our prestigious poster competition where students can showcase their innovative research — is next Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Abstracts can be submitted in the following categories:

  • Agricultural & Natural Resource Sciences
  • Physical & Social Sciences
  • Arts & Education Sciences
  • Business, Communication, & Political Sciences
  • Engineering & Environmental Sciences
  • Medical & Life Sciences

Accepted abstracts will compete for first, second, and third places in each category during the Research Exposition 2025 on Thursday, March 27, in the CUB Senior Ballroom on the Pullman campus. The prize money amounts are $800, $500, and $300, respectively.

Refer to the GPSA website to learn more about the exposition, the eligibility criteria, and how to submit your abstract. Be sure to send in your submission by Jan. 22, and encourage your WSU friends and peers to submit theirs, too!

Please do not hesitate to contact the GPSA Chair of Awards & Scholarship at gpsa.scholarships@wsu.edu if you have questions.
