Join us for the 2025 WSU Mindfulness Symposium on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with optional yoga at 8 a.m. This annual system-wide and community event takes place in person at the Lewis Alumni Centre on the WSU Pullman campus and is streamed online for participation from any campus or home location. The symposium features two keynote presentations and three breakout sessions with workshops led by faculty, staff, and community leaders. In-person registration includes hearty morning refreshments and a catered lunch.
This year we welcome two guest keynote presenters, Dr. Melissa Rosenkranz, Distinguished Chair in Contemplative Neuroscience at the Center for Healthy Minds and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Medicine and Public Health, and Dr. Paris Wicker, Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.
Participation is free for students and $35 for in-person or $10 for online non-student participation.
