Make fitness fun with UREC this spring

Welcome the new year and new semester with Spring Fitness Session 1 classes! Boost your second semester energy, weekly fitness has been proven to not only improve your mental wellbeing but also your mental energy. Tackle everyday tasks with ease when you sign up! Classes will run from Jan. 12 through March 1 and include categories like boxing & martial arts, spin, yoga, Pilates, instructional dance, and much more.
