ADVANCE at WSU is currently accepting applications for the George and Joan Berry Faculty Success Grant, an initiative that supports early-career women and historically underrepresented faculty across all disciplines. Career track faculty are also eligible to apply.
This grant offers up to $5,000 for activities that advance scholarly work and contribute to professional growth and success. Applicants may seek support for needs such as (but not limited to): travel to conduct research, data collection, travel to participate in conferences or professional meetings, lab equipment, funding for an RA or GA, or course buyouts to allow faculty time for research and/or manuscript and grant writing.
Application Requirements: Submit the ADVANCE at WSU Berry Grant Application Form by Nov. 15, including a project description, budget, timeline for completion, and CV. Proposals should clearly outline how the funding will support the applicant’s scholarly and career development.
Grant recipients are expected to provide a brief report within one year of completing their funded activities. For more information, please visit the ADVANCE at WSU website.
