Join the School of Food Science for a seminar examining the science of food cravings presented by visiting lecturer Dr. Mei Peng. This seminar will cover two emerging studies performed in New Zealand, exploring the connections between sensory, neuroscience, and emotional associations with food cravings.

Dr. Mei Peng is a Senior Lecturer and the Director of the Sensory Neuroscience and Nutrition Lab at the University of Otago, New Zealand.
