Art museum family friendly activity & Community Perspectives Tour

Join us at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU on Saturday, Oct. 12, for two engaging events celebrating food and art! Drop in between 10:30 a.m. and noon for The Art of Food, a family-friendly activity with stories and hands-on art centered around cooking, gardening, and culture — perfect for K–3 students but open to all ages. Then, at 11 a.m., join dietitian Marissa Collier for a Community Perspectives Tour of selected artworks, exploring food through the lens of nutrition and culture. Open discussion will be encouraged, facilitated by Kristin Becker, Curator of Education & Programs.

Location: The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU is located in the Crimson Cube (on Wilson Road across from Martin Stadium and the CUB) on the WSU Pullman campus.
