Registration is open for the following stand-alone, i.e. non-sequential offerings in the Writing Workshop Series, co-hosted by the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and the WSU College of Medicine, Collaboration for Interprofessional Health Education Research & Scholarship (CIPHERS)!

Date & Time: Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 1–4:30 p.m.

Format: In-person and virtual via Zoom

Location (for in-person attendees): WSU Health Sciences Spokane, SAC 401A

Objectives:

This session will take participants through the process of writing and publishing an academic paper. Attendees will learn from Academy experts on best practices and new strategies, as well as have dedicated time to write. Participants will:

  1. Develop a plan for writing their manuscript.
  2. Outline the manuscript according to their journal choice.
