New visual interface for ITS support resources

Information Technology Services (ITS) updated the Crimson Service Desk customer portal and the WSU Knowledge Base to feature a new visual interface that better aligns with university and federal digital accessibility standards.

As primary resources for submitting requests for technical assistance and accessing self-service technical support articles, the Crimson Service Desk customer portal and the WSU Knowledge Base platforms maintained their existing function and content following this interface update.
