Crimson Service Desk relocates to Holland Library

Effective July 15, Crimson Service Desk now offers walk-in technical support in Holland Library, room 150, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For assistance locating Crimson Service Desk’s new location on the Pullman campus, please visit the ITS website.

Students, faculty, and staff system-wide can continue to connect with the Crimson Service Desk team for technical assistance via the following support channels:

Holland 150 now serves as a shared space for Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies, placing the two ITS support teams in a central location on campus.

This move ensures easier access to in-person technical and classroom support for WSU students and employees, as well as a greater depth of support and quicker triage between all Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies staff when campus-wide issues arise.

Crimson Service Desk looks forward to continuing to support the WSU community in this new location.

For any questions regarding the relocation, please contact Crimson Service Desk at 509-335-4357 or crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu.
