Wholesale pricing on beef

Wholesale beef cuts are being offered at better-than-wholesale prices at the WSU Meat Lab. Cuts are block-ready for you to create steaks of your liking. Customers must purchase the entire wholesale cut. All beef was processed to meet requirements for Halal. Purchase during normal retail store hours of Cougar Quality Meats (2155 Wilson Rd., east of Lewis Alumni Center), Thursdays and Fridays, 3–5:30 p.m. Contact WSU Meat Scientist Dr. Blake Foraker (blake.foraker@wsu.edu) with questions.

  • Beef strip loin, boneless (approx. 10–13 lbs): $7 / lb
  • Beef tenderloin, whole (approx. 5–7 lbs): $12 / lb
