From Sunday, March 10, to Tuesday, March 19, Information Technology Services (ITS) will implement a quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process to address security and bug fixes.
Internet and VoIP phone connectivity across the WSU system may be impacted during this quarter’s maintenance windows.
Although the entire maintenance windows will remain reserved for this work, internet outages during impacted maintenance windows are not expected to exceed 15–30 minutes.
