2023 FSA claims filing deadline approaching

The deadline for 2023 Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) participants to submit claims for expenses incurred in 2023 is approaching. All 2023 incurred expenses/claims must be submitted to Navia Benefit Solutions by March 31, 2024; you will not be able to submit claims for 2023 after that date. Unused 2023 FSA funds may be eligible for the carry forward benefit to be utilized in 2024, depending on your ending balance and 2024 enrollment status. Carryover limits are a minimum of $120 to a maximum of $610 for 2024.

To determine if you may be eligible to carry 2023 funds forward, log into your account through the Navia portal or call Navia at 1-800-669-3539.

2023 claims incurred by December 31, 2023 can be submitted online, no later than March 31, 2024, through the Navia portal. If you are unable to submit online, contact Navia.
