Talk on Palouse Prairie Habitat Restoration TODAY at 4:30 p.m.

You are invited to attend today’s Common Reading talk on efforts to restore the Palouse prairie at 4:30 p.m. in CUE 203 on the Pullman campus. The Phoenix Conservancy’s Palouse Prairie project manager Shannon Collins will be joined by executive director Chris Duke to talk about the group’s efforts to restore Palouse prairie, one of the most endangered ecosystems in the world, as well as their work with other global habitats. This is great opportunity both to learn more about the Palouse area we call home and also to learn about the opportunities for student involvement with restoration efforts.
