Week of Welcome is underway

Week of Welcome, presented by BECU, is underway on the Pullman campus.

New and returning students to WSU’s residential campus can expect a full calendar of events during the weeklong festivities, which take place every year in advance of the Aug. 21 start of fall semester classes.

The full list of Pullman events can be found on the official Week of Welcome calendar

Signature events include: 

  • Student Employment Fair at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, on the Glenn Terrell Mall
  • Pep Rally and New Coug Photo at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Martin Stadium.
  • Convocation at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, in Beasley Coliseum.
  • All Campus Picnic & Resource Fair at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, on the Glenn Terrell Mall.

Additionally, WSU is a major sponsor of the National Lentil Festival, set for downtown Pullman on Saturday, Aug. 19.
