The WSU Horticulture Department would like to welcome all to come and buy already-picked fruit at the Horticulture Center building 400A inside Spillman Farm at 1452 Johnson Road, Pullman. For this final weekend we have sweet cherries, Shiro (yellow) plums, gooseberries, only black currants, very few Jostaberries, and very few blueberries. We sold out of red currants and Rainier cherries last week.
Hours of operation:
Friday from noon to 6 p.m.
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Items for sale:
- Shiro (yellow) plums = $3 per pound
- Dark Sweet Cherries = $3 per pound including Lapins and Bing
- Gooseberries = $15 per pound
- Black Currants = $15 per pound
Fresh-pressed apple cider
- Half gallons = $8
- Whole gallons = $12
Aug. 5 & 6 will be our last summer fruit sales. We will re-open for fall fruit sales of Italian plums and apples in mid- to late-September.
