Special event: Ed Tech Week and Faculty Showcase

From March 27–30, the Learning Innovations team at Global Campus will be hosting an Educational Technology Week. The week’s events include trainings on Panopto, VoiceThread, and Perusall. And on March 30 from 3–4:30 p.m., the week will conclude with an Educational Technology Faculty Showcase! All events will occur over Zoom.

For the showcase, faculty from across disciplines will share brief presentations about their experiences designing activities to boost student engagement in online and campus-based classes using Panopto, VoiceThread, and Perusall.

If you are curious about educational technology and would like to see authentic examples of how to integrate technology to enhance teaching, we invite you to join us! The speakers will present for about 15 minutes each, and we will conclude with an open Q&A from the audience.

Please note that the instructional designers on the Global Campus team support faculty across all campuses in using these tools. You do not need to be teaching Global Campus courses to attend or to use these tools!

To sign up for educational technology trainings or the faculty showcase, please review the team’s training offerings.
