myWSU outage, April 1

myWSU will not be accessible for up to three hours beginning Saturday, April 1, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. as Information Technology Services (ITS) completes a vendor-driven update.

Additional details on this scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process are available below:

Start Time: 7 a.m.
End Time: 10 a.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS’ support vendor will apply PUM28 and PT 8.59.15 patches to the myWSU environment. During this brief maintenance period, myWSU will not be accessible.

All affected groups: myWSU users
All processes affected: myWSU access
Duration of impact: Up to three hours
