Public Square discussion: Race-based college admissions

Join us at the CCE Public Square as a distinguished panel will discuss the phenomenon of race-based college admissions policies.

This discussion examines one of the most important — and contentious — aspects of higher education and higher education policy today. An expert panel with professionals who have much to say about what the racially-conscious policies of the past several decades mean for students, their families, educational and other public institutions. As with all Public Square discussions, we want to hear from you — there will be a live Q&A session in which panelists will take your questions about issues that matter most to you.

The Public Square discussion will take place Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 3 p.m. in the Junior Ballroom on the Compton Union Building’s second floor on the Pullman campus.

All Public Square discussions are free and open to WSU students and personnel.
