APAC DEI Mastermind Group

A mastermind group is a group of peers looking at a similar issue within their organization, unit, or department. This mastermind pilot would bring together 5–6 directors from any unit across the system to explore the question: “How do I incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion into my unit?”

This pilot program would be meet once per month for 90 minutes over six months. During each session, each participant will share an update about how they are working to include DEI into their respective unit. After the participant shares, the other participants will ask helpful questions or offer insights to help the person giving their update to think more critically about how they could incorporate DEI into their department.

If you are interested in this group, please complete the application by Friday, March 10, at noon. If you have questions, please reach out to Matthew Jeffries at matthew.jeffries@wsu.edu.
