Nominations open for the President’s Awards for Leadership

Help recognize those who have shown outstanding leadership and service to the university and in communities across the WSU system by nominating someone for the WSU President’s Awards for Leadership. The awards are given in four categories:

  • Students
  • Faculty and staff
  • Community organizations
  • Student organizations

Nominations will be accepted until Friday, March 3.

Top leaders at WSU have been honored with the President’s Awards for Leadership annually since 1996. This year’s winners will be recognized during a special ceremony on April 18 in the CUB Senior Ballroom on the Pullman campus. Among the students selected, one will be chosen to receive the Virginia E. Thomas Endowed Scholarship.

Visit the President’s Awards for Leadership website to learn more about the awards, eligibility criteria, and view previous recipients.
