Life Insurance Premiums for the July 11 paycheck

Attention employees with WSU Benefits:  Please be aware there will be no life insurance premiums collected on the upcoming July 11 paycheck.  The vendor, MetLife, did not provide WSU the required information needed to collect for this payroll cycle.  It is anticipated MetLife will collect the July 11 premium and the July 25 premium on July 25.

Less than 12-month employees who had their life insurance collected prior to the summer break, will see a refund of the pre-collected premiums for one payroll cycle on July 11 due to this issue.  These premiums may be recollected from either a future summer pay, if applicable, or when they return in August.
